All tickets can be picked up on the day of the concert at the official ticket booth on-site.
- Please visit the 'Celetrip' ticket booth located at the venue.
- To collect your ticket, a valid physical ID is required.
( Photos or copies of IDs will not be accepted. Only official IDs
such as a passport, government-issued ID, or alien registration card are allowed. ) - Ticket booth operating hours will be announced via email one week prior to the event,
and only to package purchasers. Please make sure to check your email. - Tickets not collected due to mistakes regarding the pickup time or location,
Or failure to show up on the day of the event (no-show)
will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
