Hello.
All tickets included in all packages sold by Celetrip will be given at the official ticket booth on site on the day of the concert.
If you come to the Celetrip desk in the official ticket booth and present your ID, we will give you the physical ticket you reserved.
The operating hours of the ticket booth vary from concert to package, so please check the product details page of the package you purchased for detailed time.
Also, you will not be able to receive a ticket if the full name of your ID card is different from the name you wrote when you signed up for membership or order the package.
Therefore, please change all names to the same full name as the actual full name by one week before the performance.
(If you don't receive the ticket because the name of the reservation is different from the name on the ID, you can't refund/cancel/change it.)

For detailed seat numbers and rows, you can know when you receive a ticket on the day of the show to prevent ticket resale.You can choose the range of rows, so please purchase tickets and packages according to the range of rows and seating zones you want.

First of all, Thanks for joining us.
we were originally not allowed to choose seat row. But we received a flood of inquiries, so we updated our reservation system to select seat row. Seats were placed close to the stage in order of payment.
Before the system is updated, we've already assigned the front seats to those who purchased them, and we've changed them to allow you to choose row for the rest of the seats only. So you don't have to worry that row on the seats you already purchased will be behind those who have newly booked.

If you would like to cancel your order, you can log in and click the profile icon in the upper right corner to go to My Page. You can request to cancel your order from the order history on My Page. The refund policy varies depending on the package you ordered. Therefore, please check the refund regulation on the detailed page of the package you ordered.

The payment amount will be refunded according to the payment method.
- PayPal Payment: From minimum 3 days to maximum 30 days (PayPal refund policy)
- Deposit payment: Refund within 3 days
[Request to cancel the order during the refundable period]
If only a partial amount is refundable according to the refund policy for each package, an additional payment will be required for the refund fee before the refund. After that, the total amount of payment you ordered will be refunded in the same way as above.
